- Introduce BuildReportDespiteContractReadError configuration parameter on OCR2 NumericalMedian ReportingPlugin. When set, a contract read error during report generation causes the oracle to vote in favor of a report (subject to the min/max check) rather than erroring, mirroring TransmitDespiteContractReadError on the transmission path.
